I was the launch editor of Stylist Loves (formerly Emerald Street), Stylist Magazine’s shopping and recommendations platform.
This involved establishing brand identity, value proposition, tone of voice and content pillars, and commissioning, editing and writing clever and creative editorial content.
With a focus on new, cult and sustainable brands and experiences across fashion, beauty, going out, staying in and wellness, the result was a beautifully curated and commercially attractive digital platform.
This was part of my wider role as Stylist’s Head of Email, where I was responsible for shaping email content strategy across The Stylist Group, delivering a schedule of never-dull content that our audience genuinely wanted to read.
Armed with a camera, a list of expert tips and a can-do (but don’t really want to) attitude, I filmed the effects of switching up my routine for a fortnight – all in a bid to get a better night’s sleep. Here’s what happened.
